I am 22 and i've started to lose my hair, although its not that much but i'm really concerned about it 'coz my father is bald, his father was bald too. and now we are four brothers, all are younger than me except for one. I've started losing hair pretty quickly in the last 1 month. How can i regrow natural hair? Can i use some kind of Hair Food Suppliments for it? In the last few weeks I searched alot about losing hair on the internet. I found some medicine as well as shampoos but they are rare to find in Pakistan. and am not even sure if they'll work. 'Provillus' was one of those medicines.

it incredibly is a hormone imbalance. whilst i began out dropping hair approximately 6 months in the past, I searched the information superhighway for solutions. What i began out doing is taking maca root supplementations to stability hormones and taking a good multivitamin and likewise taking 5 mg of biotin daily. Biotin is a B nutrition yet there is not any longer a hundred% daily fee of it in maximum multivitamins and is important for healthful pores and skin, hair and nails. additionally ascertain you turn to an all organic shampoo that does no longer incorporate sodium laurate or laureth. those are harsh cleaners that would harm hair follicles. i take advantage of shampoo bars that I ordered over the internet from Chagrin Valley cleansing soap that are all organic. All of those changes have worked wonders. i'm dropping much less hair and that i've got a super type of recent hair growth.

unfortuately I think your condition is genetic so there might be a "cure" for it. However, I remeber my parents telling me that if you cut your hair regularly , it'll grow more and faster...not sure how true this is but I do have a very thick head of hair and I get regular haircuts.

Don't trust those hair supplements unless theyr'e recommended by a doctor...you don't know what they put into those stuff.

See a doctor about this condition. And if it turns out that it is just genetic, rather than stress or hormone-related, then accept your condition or see a homeopath for a long-term cure.
Scalp massages, especially with mustard oil blended with castor oil, are highly recommended for stimulating hair follicles.
Silica and lecithin are popular supplements for feeding hair and nails.

Why are you so worried about it? Bald men are hot. If your dad and grandfather are bald then it runs in the family and there isn't anything you can do about it. Embrace it. There is nothing tackier than a man who can't accept his baldness...have your head and enjoy your sexiness! Don't be one of those losers who can't accept the inevitable.
