Welcome to the wonderful world of anxiety and panic attacks. I have had the same things happen. A lot of worry, then anxiety, then panic. I'm having a heart attack. Nope.

Went to a cardiologist and he said everything was normal and there was no need to come back.

My doc put me on medication to control the panic and what a world of difference that has made.

I still don't know what causes my attacks, but I haven't had one since January.

Keep yourself busy, don't think about what symptoms you are going through. According to several docs, no one has died from a panic or anxiety attack.

Talk to your doctor to see what medication you can take. You'll be on it for a while. Don't give up. Breathe deeply, but slowly, when you feel an episode coming on. Reflux can be a cause of this and so can gastritis.

Good luck!

I have had a heart attack and I do suffer from gastric and aniexty problems. I went to my doctors for over a year about this and next week I finally have an app for an endoscopy and they are also suggesing a colonoscopy. I am going for these test because I think diffrent medication is causing this. I am not heavy in weight but loosing about 40 lbs has helped. Unfortunatly eating healthy can cause lots of gas in the stomac.
