i need to fast so i can lose about 5 pounds by wednesday? does anybody have any ideas so that i can lose it because i really need to!

5 pounds is easy. Just cut out all food and only drink a little bit of milk or a lot of water. And make sure to take a multi-vitamin. With no food a body can usually shed 5 pounds in 3-7 days depending on your metabolism.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

y do u have 2 lose weight? the water method only flushes the bad out of ur body the best way 2 stay a healthy weight is 2 eat 3 small healthy meals a day and 2 healthy snacks in between. only drink water or natural juice. eating small meals means u dont get bloated out afterwards n eating regular maintains ur metabolism.

The fastest way is to eat all protein and lots of water. Its
not good for long periods but fine to lose weight fast.

Detox, cleansing, take pills that suck the water outta of you. Body Builders take that stuff. I'm not sure what it's called, but it sucks all the water outta your body so that you look and feel really tight.
