Yes you can, but there's not much point, that's not really the thing that would be clogging up your computer.

if you want to though, click "Start" > "Run" > type "%windir%\prefetch" (without the quotation marks).

Other things that you could do to clean out your PC as well -

click "Start" > "Run" > type "%userprofile%\local settings" (without the quotation marks). press "Ctrl+A" to select all the files, press delete.

go into the "History" folder. and press "Ctrl+A" to select all the days/weeks/months... of history, press "Delete" > click "Ok".
All your history should be deleted.

Now, if you also want to clear out your temporary internet files (they can enable people to see what sites you have visited)
here's how.

(Repeating some of the steps as above)
click "Start" > "Run" > type "%userprofile%\local settings"
go into the "Temporary Internet Files" folder.
and press "Ctrl+A" to select all the files...
, press "Delete" > click "Ok".
All your Temporary Internet Files should be deleted.

You can also do somewhat the same by repeating the same sort of step by typing "%userprofile%\local settings" (without the quotation marks), except going into the "Temp" folder and clearing out those files as well.

once you've done all that, go into your recycle bin and empty that out as well.

That may speed up your PC considerably.

Yes. Go to C:\windows\prefetch and delete the whole folder. Window will recreate a new prefetch folder at next boot time. Try Start,Programs,Accessories,System tools and disk cleanup to remove all kind of junk from your pc.
