Make a nice bath with candles and seduce him and take his clothes off and put him in the bath and you join him...it is a lot of fun!

Say something like "sweetie, your deoderant is letting you down today" or comment on the activity that caused him to smell bad "that jog you took earlier really worked up a sweat...will you go shower so we can snuggle?"
...or simply let him know that for whatever reason, he's got a body odor today...but if he'd like someone to scrub his back when he showers, you're available.

If you are in a relationship...if you needed to bathe, he'd tell you. I always say you're a little ripe, honey, and then offer to wash his back. My husband is disabled, and sometimes its difficult for him to get cleaned up.

drop hints. spray air freshner around him, and just subtly tell him that your nose is really sensitve to bad smells, and let him know that you like a man who is clean and hygenic. good luck!
