Im getting vitamin a from my vitmains and I eat salad sometime which has vitamin a am i getting to much.

hell no, most our vegetable have been depleted of vitamins anyway.

Typically your body will flush out what it does not need. But you could be wasting money if you are paying for vitamin supplements that are not necessary.

Kidney stones are formed from high levels of calcium sometimes, and I personally have a low tolerance for too much keratin (makes milkbump like places on my arms and upper legs.)

too much vitamin a? haha...i don't think there is such a thing as getting TOO much vitamin a...lol
