Magistrates? Class B drugs? Do you live in the UK?

I'm in Canada and our laws (along with the US) aren't all that much different. There's a 99% chance of going to prison, yes, but unless she's got the best lawyer in the world, she should enter a plea bargain to get a lesser sentence. It could be prison, or it could be community service (although I doubt it, since she already has a criminal history), but bottom line, it's best for her to minimize the punishment.

Because she has an open charge for assaulting a police officer and a past drug case, it's more likely she will have to do some time in jail because she has not learned from her past. Now the info you have given leads me to believe that the new charge is a misdemeanor assault charge (no weapons involved or the person was put in the hosptial) which means no prison time but county jail time of a few months depending on the judge/magistrate and if the prosecutor wants to impose jail time.

Your question is impossible to respond to without greater information. If this may well be a commonplace offense, probable you ought to get probation or community service. in case you have priors, then penal complex time is so plenty greater probable. If there are factors in aggravation or mitigation, those are all factors that the courtroom considers in ajudication of each case.

depends what her brief can put as a case, chances are though that she will go down for a little while, violent crime is understandably a political hot potato, assaulting theold bill wont help either.
how old is she, ifthebrief can put a case of lost young girl trying to get herself sorted then she may get a suspended, if not 18-36 months

She will most likely get some jail time. If she does not straighten out after this you need to step back. If you keep hanging out with her, her criminal activity will drag you down also.

she sounds like a charmer.

If she goes down for drugs and goes inside at this time of year, the other "lady" inmates will give her a surprisingly intimate body search to see if she has smuggled any gear in.

her pants wil be round her ankles while some butch lezzies check her out. AND she deserves everything she gets.

it is likly that she will be taken to jail, unless she plead guilty at the first possible chance in which case the sentence given may be reduced to community service, a fine and/or other form of probation.
