i assume it's a 4.3 v6 engine, although you didnt say. bank1 is the bank that has cyl#1 in it. in this case, cyls 1,3,5 are on the same bank. this is the left bank, or drivers' side. the sensor you are looking for will be the closest to the driver's side cyl head. may even be screwed right into the exhaust manifold itself, if not, follow tthe "y" pipe from the flange, and the 1st sensor you come to will be bank1, sensor 1.

its the oxygen sensor first one you come to in exhaust bank 1 is usually right hand bank

Driver's side of the engine,close to the exhaust manifold.
