I hate when people do this but I'll risk the violation. Tis the season for crocking. While you're doing this for future referance stick a thremometer in your cooking product and take a reading, then you can take a Sharpie/MarksAlot and put the readings on area around the knob at the different settings. I am going to follow your advise on this. I never even thought about checking stuff like that out. I know you know what you are taking about as I have saw many of your answers, and man you are good to say the least. I know that you have helped me out a lot on some of your answers. Thanks a bunch!!
