Turtles

1 package caramels
3 T. milk
1 1/2 to 2 cups pecans
1 giant Hershey bar
1/4 block parafin
Melt together the milk and the caramels over low heat or in the microwave. Add pecans. Drop on greased cookie sheets and cool completely (stick them in the freezer or outside if it's cold where you live!) When cool, dip in mixture of melted chocolate and parafin, and place on waxed paper to cool.

The parafin isn't necessary, but it makes the chocoalte shinier. I've always thought it's a little odd to melt wax in your chocolate, but it doesn't taste wierd, and you can always leave it out if you want! This is the recipe my mom and I have used for years!

Top each stack with a Kraft caramel.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 or until caramel is soft.
Remove from oven and top each with 1 square of regular chocolate bar (Hershey’s).
