Why does your age make a difference on what you call him? if he is your guy then call him that. I hate it when people turn a certin age they think they have to cut their hair, drive a minivan, talk or dress different. Be who you are and what you like not what you think others expect from you. He is what you want to call him!

I've heard people say "manfriend". It's very stupid to hear an old person refer to them as their "boyfriend". Pfffft. They're not boys. They're men.

Boyfriend is fine. If it's a long-term relashionship, something like "partner" is fine.

Partner, or companion, or maybe just friend.Unless of course he is 21, in which case he is a boy toy :)

It depends on their status. When we were first dating, he was my Gentleman Friend. Then he became My Man, and now he's Hubby because we live together.
