Purchase a lead bullet mold, (widely avalible at sites catering to black powder shooters) a crucible and stand,(same sources), a propane torch, and obtain an ounce or so of .999 silver.
Lube the mold as per manufacturers instructions.
Place the silver in the crucible on it's stand.
Heat the crucible with the torch until the silver melts, continue heating for several minutes.
Briefly heat the mold itself, then being extremely careful, fill the mold, and hold on to it for at least a couple minutes before carefully sitting it down.
Allow to cool , open the mold, pop out ther bullet.

You can be seriously harmed working with molten metal.
Wear eye protection, heavy leather gloves and shoes. A leather apron is a good idea, as is working outside or in a garage with the door open. Have a fire extinguisher or bucket of water or a hose handy.

You can probably purchase silver bullets as novelty items over the internet, but if you are dead-set on making your own, you can do it with only minor expense and difficulty, and make as many as you'd like as well, I suppose!

Its not as simple as you think. Yes, you melt the silver, carefully pour it into a mold, let it cool, re-size & lubricate the bullet and finally load, crimp same unto the proper (primed & powdered) cartridge case.

However, loading manuels list powder measurements calibrate to propel lead/copper bullets according to weight. The same size silver bullet will weight less than the lead bullet the bullet mold is made for. It can be done but you will have to accurately weight your silver bullet and match the weight to the powder charge.

It can get complicated if you actually intend to shoot it. And what are you going to shoot a silver bullet at, anyway?

Get the mold for the caliber bullet you are manufacturing and melt the lead, which is at 760 degrees F. Pore it like you would pore a lead bullet.

same way you make regular bullets, except with silver.

By the way, silver bullets don't do anything special. A normal bullet will do the trick, but either way, murder is illegal, no matter what the reason.

Like boker mag is saying....you will have to aquire a self loader. Then you will have to melt your own silver and cast it into a bullet mold. Then you will have to load your own casing and tap the bullet into place.
