haha sounds like my kitty. She meows loud at night or she use to. don't feed her at night and soon she should learn that she needs to wait till ur awake! when i first got my cat she would watch us sleep & @3-5am she would meow & meow & scratch...try to ignore ur cat if they do that when ur sleepin but make sure she eats b4 u got to bed. Also, brushin ur cats teeth is very important so it's better if she doesn't eat for those few hours that you're sleep. If she steals food human food make sure u watch her bc it can make her sick & chocolate is really baddd!! Just teach her not to walk on the table by sprayin water on her back & firmly sayin NO! Also, if u play with her b4 bed she won't be as crazy. My cat will choose playing with humans over kitty toys anytime:)

Take your cat to the vet to get checked for worms. They will also tell you if there is anything mentally wrong with your furry friend. This is highly unlikely though because of the parasites or just being a cat. I have 16 and know where your coming from with the wild kittys

Firstly, see a vet and see if they can find anything health related that is wrong with your cat. Your cat may also not like the toys or food you are giving her. If you just recently brought this cat into your house, she may just not be used to the new place yet. You might need to get her spayed.

My cat Sammy used to do this and she had an overactive thyroid(hyperthyroidism). This is not unusual in older cats but a little unusual if she is younger(less than 7).Bring her to the vet and a simple relatively inexpensive blood test will tell you.If it is hyperthyroidism it needs to be dealt with because she will eventually die from it.Increased vocalization, especially at night is also a common symptom of this disease. The vet can treat her with meds but if they dont work or she has an adverse reaction to them like Sammy did then she will need surgery.Mine cost about 400 dollars. If you cant afford that I am sure the vet would work with you on the bill.good luck to you and your kitty

How old os your cat? Has she just started acting this way? Cats usually only start odd behaviour when they feel something is wrong with themselves so if it is out of character for her then i'd pay a visit to the vets.
Might sounds daft but have u wormed and deflea'd her lately? She might just be irritated also.
My cats wake me up every morning, just to kinda say hello cos its not because they've no food in their bowls lol.

Try leaving some cat biscuits down before you go bed so she has something to eat during the night. Sounds like shes lonely and doesn't like it when you go sleep so is waking you up by crying.

As far as the racing around your house for no reason, she is chasing "kitty deamons", my cat sued to do it all the time. As far as the food goes, try switching to something else. If that doesn't work, then talk to your vet, there may be some alternatives available.

I can only think of one reasone: parasites in the stomach, which holds food. Your cat might have parasites in the stomach, so might have no food in there because it is being eaten.Sorry.I'm not sure. But that's what I think. Get the vet and seriously watch the stools. Are they smaller or mushier than usual? Ask stuff like that.

omg, theres nothing wrong with your cat, she probs dnt like the food your giving her, maybe she likes the food you eat, try giving her fish food from a tuna tin!! and cats waking u up in d middle of night is normal, jus let her sit on u etc, maybe she jus looking for attention cz u dnt give her any!! and another fing is cats dnt play with toys much, maybe try making her play with a bouncy ball or string, otherwise they can keep themselves entertained by playing with their tails etc.
hope this helps :)
