I doubt the pain killers are the problem. Its usually to do with stress or it could be in your genes. In men it happens when there body starts to produce even more testosterome (not spelt correct) at a stage in their life, this affects the hair roots, the side effect is hair loss. but I cant say for sure this is your reason.

since your hair is longer it probably just seems as though you're losing a lot of hair. And stress could also be a factor. But just so u know, the average person loses around 100 hairs a day, so the longer and darker your hair is, the more it seems as though you're losing.

Could be an iron problem. Get some vitamins with iron, they can't do you any harm if it's not an iron problem anyway. It might be worth consulting your doctor though. Hair loss is a symptom on anaemia amongst other things.

dont worry this is a natural thing that happens there is a chemical name for it i think it is anagen every seven year your hair renews itself but it is replaced by a new hairgrowth the old hair shaft is pushed out by the new hair shaft and it feels like you are loosing a lot of hair at once that is why we dont have our adult hair till we are at least 7 years old if you have no contributing factors to cause this hair loss dont worry its natural i dont think painkillers will do this rub your scalp do you feel spikey bits its your old hair being replaced i hope this puts yopur mind at ease

It could be..but look at all the factors that might cause you to lose your hair(i.e. brushing it too much or stress). You may also want to call your doctor if it continues.

if its something new, you might want to go check it out with a doctor but if it's not than i'm sure its fine. i have thick hair and it falls out ALL THE TIME. but if you're not sure, get it checked.
