Both..and being nervous because someone looks beautiful is not good...you may not believe this now, but almost everyone is beautiful if you see them in the proper way. There are no such things as "throw-away" people. Each one is worth the time to get to know, and you never know which one will be stuck in your mind for the rest of your life if you don't treat her as special when you have the chance.

It's not a sex issue (male or female) but a personality issue, per individual...some people don't get nervous over stuff like that at all...others are nervous all the time about everything.

Of course men get more nerveous, coz women are more emotionally stable, this is normal coz it's about the physically combination of men.
