that is how my lil yorkie plays, she is quiet and if you touch the end of her nose she goes wild and flops over on her back and paws at your hands and her face like crazy, its so cute

It means that:
1) she wants to sleep
2) she's trying to clean herself
3) she wants you to bathe her! It's a friendly way of saying that.
So I'd wash her if I were you ... LOL :D
