Almost all the major internet poker websites have freerolls every day (no password required). If you want to get into some freeroll tournaments try these poker sites -
Absolute Poker
Full Tilt Poker
Crazy Poker
PokerStars
Dream Poker

Those are all the sites I've seen freerolls on, there are probably more.

The only poker tournaments that require a password, are private tournaments that you are not invited to play. If you are supposed to play, you will be given a password.
