I think u will be half auntie and for the child depends what sex ur half sister's baby going 2 be it will be either half nephew or half niece

I have only half sisters and a brother but consider their children neices and nephews,the half doesn't come into it.

your half sister meaning you either have the same mom or dad meaning she is still blood realted so you will be it's aunt/uncle but had she been ur step sister that would make him/her your step neace or nephew trust me she may have a diff mom or dad but she is still your sister lol I have 3 half sisters 2 half brothers

the baby would be your neice or nephew, you would be a aunty i have half sisters and step sisters/brothers and they all all the same to me we dont think about half and step.the children wouldnt have a clue ud just be aunty/uncle
