There is this bartender , everytime I go to this pub he attends me, he is pretty hot too. He always smiles at me, and asks me how I am, and when I am not at the bar, I can see him looking for me and smilling at a distance. One time I was with my friends and some guys approach and he made a gesture like asking me if everything was okay.. The thing is that that is all there is. Should I talk to him, ask for his number? Or just wait until he finally says something other than Hi, how are you today? I don't go to the pub every weekend, but I go every now and then. I think he likes me .. but I just don't know... He is like 24-25.. I am 18.

Leave him alone. He's an expierienced bartender and knows how to make girls like him. It's part of his job almost. I think he just sees you as a nother girl that pays. Besides hes way too old. I wouldn't make any effort to get with him. You can still go to the bar, but i doubt he likes you.
