Helmet of Salvation- Be saved, and believe that you are, and claim that you are when asked.
Sword of the Spirit (Bible): Quote scripture to defend yourself and God when asked questions from Satan and such, eg. How do you know Jesus is the right answer? Because He said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

um, no offense, but if u were a true Christian, im not saying your not, because thats rude and totally against what i believe, but you should...know, u would know, u would know that the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit are to get you through your life with God and help you get through all things u trouble with.

We need the Christian armor to get through daily life, the helmet of salvation to get to Heaven and the sword of the Spirit to have the words to share the faith!@

these are things Christians need to use to avoid the temptations of the world. breastplate of righteousness... protects the heart and keeps it pure... feet that shod.... walk away from ungodly things and go tell the word of God to othres... The Sword of the Spirit... Used to slay any unrighteous things from harming you... You have to read it and ask god for understanding to really understand it. No ungodly person will ever understand the word of God.
