I'm pretty sure she's mated and will have a baby but recently I found these changes:
Her poop has turned into pee? (liquid)
She closes her eyes often like she's tired.
She fluffes up more often.
1 of my 4 males often stays by her and feeds her seeds and guards her.
He put his foot on her back but she moved away.
Her chrip is a high-pitched noise still much like common sparrows.
Is she pregant or sick? We just bought them a nesting home for $18.00...

{ We can't take her to a vet because of how cold it is and there isn't a local vet around here, I've searched things up on parakeets but I have nothing}

Is this her only behaviour? What does she do about this nest site you got her? Is she investigating it at all? Digging inside it and spending some time in there or simply ignoring it?
Large and runny poops is normal for a hen when laying eggs and that can start from a week to 5 days before the first egg appears.
Sitting fluffed up and sleeping often are not signs of a breeding hen but a sick one. I vet check would be the best and I don't think cold weather is a reason NOT to take a pet to see medical help.
Are these two birds in with all the others? If so this would be a perfect set up for disaster, such as fights over the hen, breaking of eggs (if any later) to death of a bird. Make sure the hen and the male you want (or is) her mate are in a cage alone.

The only way you can know for sure is if she lays an egg.
Watch for her to pass the eggs. Parakeets can get egg bound and this is a life threatening condition. I work for a vet that specializes in birds and he is always saying that if you think your bird has mated get it x-rayed so you will know how many are in there and if she gets egg-bound you will know when to get worried. If she has 3 eggs and only lays 2 she can be in serious trouble.
You really need to find a vet that can do a thorough exam on her. It could be something completely different. Birds don't show illness like other animals until it is alot of times too late to bring them back.

Because a male is feeding her, she is probably in egg laying mode. Her cere should be a chocolate brown. Sounds like she is ready to lay. You may see a lump forming under her tummy near her vent. She should lay an egg within a day. If the lump stays for more than 2 days she is egg bound, she needs help quickly then. Has she inpected and sitting in the box? Is she over 1 year? There is less risk of egg binding after 1 year old. Eggs are laid every other day. She may only choose to sit after the second egg.

Since the male is feeding her, she might be in a egg laying stage. I hate to say this but she might have diarreah. But there's more a chance of eggs. Don't touch her or the eggs (once she's layed them) because she can catch the scent of your hand and abandon them which is not good. Because of her chirp she is definately pregnant. If you have pictures of her before (like when you first bought her) you should probably see she is thinner

Sorry to shatter your illusions but birds lay eggs they don't have babies. Your bird sounds sick and if you cant or wont take it to a vet you should seek advice from someone who has more experience with birds.

"Too cold to go to a vet...". Wow. I didn't know that going to a vet was strictly a summer activity.

WELL WHEN MY BIRD IS PREGNANT IT DOES THE SAME THING. SO MOST LIKELY IT IS PREGNANT AND THE CHIRP THAT IS NORMAL FOR A PREGNANCY. dON'T TOUCH YOUR BIRD TO MUCH OR MESS WITH ITS CAGE TO MUCH AND THIS IS PROBABLY ITS FIRST TIME SO THE BABY MIGHT NOT LIVE BUT KEEP UP HOPE FOR IT.
