We have been dating a month now, but we have not kissed yet. I really want to, but i am not sure if he is ready. How do i know he is ready, and if he is, should i kiss him or wait for him to do it?

If you have been dating for a month I think he is ready. Don't you stop to think that he might be wondering the same thing?? Maybe he is waiting for you to be ready, but if you are ready take a risk and be the one to make the first move. If you really want to then what are you waiting for????Kiss away!

Ido not know how expirience you both are. If you think he know and were kissing before.. than... Do not kiss him, but try to test him by checking his responce to you getting physically closer: touch his hand, move closer for a sec, etc.. maybe he think you are not ready.. see if he changes...
Or maybe he is so the same get into his space for a moment and see how he feels. Or just kiss him gentle in his cheek when feels right.

If a guy hasn't kissed you yet it's cause he's not sure that you want to but it helps us guys if you just give us a little help like a quick peck on the cheek or on the lips

If you're an adult then a month without kissing is just pathetic.
If you're a youngster (sorry, just had to say that), then he's just waiting for you to kiss him because he's scared to death. In spite of all of our outward attitude, us guys are generally scared to death when it comes to the first anything with someone we like. We really want your permission and your approval. Of course, this only applies to the decent guys who care about you.

its better to w8 for him !! but if he is the kinda shy guy or a guy who wont make a move, then jst w8 for a moment which ur eyes r locked n give him a peck on the lips, if he continues fine, if not then w8 for him to be ready!
