A figurative work including The Virgin Mary and Jesus as an infant is usually known as Madonna and Child. There are a vast amount of works which include these icons. Sometimes they are depicted alone, sometimes in the comany of saints, angels or a donor.

I've never seen it called anything other than "Madonna", "Madonna and Child", etc., etc. (see link 1 for a Raphael "Madonna and Child")

Not unless you are thinking of Mary cradling a dead Christ, in which case this is called a "Pieta" (see link 2 for Michelangelo's "Pieta")
