Hi dear, we all go nuts sometimes so take it easy on your self, you won't be able to stop it, you just can make it less happening cuz we are human.
whenever you feel angry about something silly, just hold your tongue for a moment and remind your self of how much you love him. Also remember that he's quiting drinking and smoking so he's gonna be moody for a few months till his body is clean. its from experience, i went through the same with my fiance.
so the best help you can offer him for now is being patient and calm with him.
As long as you love each others nothing else matters, issues like these just fade away by time. Love is what matters so hold on and it will get better.
Good luck

If you can't stop arguing about the "little" stuff then you shouldn't even consider things like proposing or marriage. It sounds like you are infatuated with one another, but haven't figured out a way to make things work. People can change their habits and ways, but most of the time that change comes from within.

Please be careful and if you are having sex use precautions so you do not end up bring a child into the middle of the chaos. Best of luck!

Relationships aren't just about making someone happy. In fact, there are times when relationships will test your resolve and sanity. The truth about your arguing with him is probably so close to you its hard to see. Alot of times we push each other for stress related reasons, but when its of a personal nature, it means we are not happy or satisfied by them or not happy or satisfied with ourselves at the very core of us. Ask yourself, why are you frustrated? Would you understand if he was upset at you for doing the things you get upset with him about. Is it the principle of his actions that bugs you?

Not every match people make succeeds. There's a reason your only going to end up with one person to spend your life with. If you get down on him about the little things right now, you will only become a nagging wife in the end. If you and he can't be happy with that, then perhaps you're better suited to be friends.

Maybe you should get more space for yourself, I mean just get your mind of your boyfriend, -nothing badm just take time to do something else with friend or alone. You need clear your head and things would get into focus. You just stuck I think...

Think on the kids in the future. If you fight all the time, and do you really love each other if you fight and can't solve it.

Helps if you say how old are you both. If it's a teenage level relationship, I'd say enjoy the experience. If you're older, counseling may help.

Too much emotions and not enough discipline. The relationship is based nothing but excitement and will not be able to sustain itself.
