I have a spreadsheet that is "double spaced" and i need to get rid of the empty row. I don't want to do this manually b/c there 12000 rows. Thanks!

If you sort (Data, Sort...) the spreadsheet by one or more columns, it will put all the blank cells at the beginning or the end depending on the sort order.

If there is one cell with data for every line that needs to be included (for example, maybe the first row of data is a control number and every entry has one) highlight that column, Select Tools, Filter, Auto Filter. A drop down arrow will appear on that column. Select (blanks) - Then delete those lines. When you un-filter, all that is left is lines with data thus your blanks are gone.
