i have a boyfriend now..i love him. Lately i haven't felt as 'in love' with him. My first love was 4 years ago. Not a day goes by that i don't think about him. But now he lives so far away we're both two different people and it just wouldn't work out. We talk online once in a while. I find myself so depressed about him, crying about him, and wondering if i should be with anybody else. But my boyfriend i have right now is so good to me and im very happy with him and again, i do love him. What should i do??

Maybe you shouldn't have any contact with your ex for a while. If you still have feelings for him, it doesn't help to keep dredging them up. You know, logically, that it won't work out. In the meantime, try to rejuvinate your relationship with your current boyfriend! Do something different together, go somewhere new, give each other massages. Love isn't just a thing, it is an ongoing activity that you have to keep fresh!

Its hard yeah i know i've been there but you've got to learn to bury the past and move on. Once again yes it is hard! but just look at what you have now. Your happy with a new boyfriend and you have the rest of your life ahead of you. You can't let the past affect you anymore because if you do, you don't have any future you'll just be stuck. Find better things to do with your life and be happy with what you have like your health, your family your new boyfriend i wish you lots of luck =)
oh and if you keep talking to your ex then its just gonna get harder and harder because it just reminds you of how close yall guys were and it makes u sad cuz you don't have what you used to have anymore. You shouldn't be talking to him all that much maybe once in a year but thats it if you talk to him online all the time its not healthy you can't be sad all your life theres a big future just waiting for you you know what im sayin so put him out of your life or i mean put him in the back of your mind and move on with your bf everything will be ok i promise =)

I go through the same thing and i'm still trying to figure it out and i know for a fact that my first love is still in love with me and it was me who left the relationship, I had to because he was hurting me and I didn't let him know why I left and we live in the same neighborhood, I think that you will never ever get over your first love because you will always be comparing other people in your life to them but take it aday at a time even though you know that you will be thinking about that person you have to be fair to yourself and let youself know that your deserve someone precious as you are never let that though go, and you never know maybe if it's meant to be you and you first love will get back together but first see what is going with your current boyfrined you don't want to messs something good up over the past, and just let the pass go and I know it's going to be hard, it's still hard for me and If you just focus on the future you will soon be over your first love even thoough a part of you will always love that person

well first i have been there in the same boat as you ,the only problem with long distante realionships is they dont last ,second when you guys are so far apart for quite some time things change between each other,who you hang around with ,places you go ,things change lets just leave it at that .so if you guys did date thing would not be the same as you were the first time you me .now for the new fella if he treats you good take care of him.
feeling change a person ,mostly with past realionships messes up the head ,stay threw to your fella and things will go far
