Thank you guys u yall are wonderful. Q #2 with answers to #1

Yes I can afford to give my daughter anything I own few big trucks long haulers which leads to next answer because I'm on the road I can't get custody right now. Moms last child is her husband and that father want allow me to spend hard earn money on the boy, example last year I gave the mother $2100 for school cloths but the father refuse the mother to buy his son anything he went to school with nothing new. Thats the crap I deal with so yes I have tried to give to all the children but this causes more issues with other fathers because they suck at life! How do you allow your child to not have when they can have? next example, I gave my daughter cell phone and offered to get the oldest child a phone-teen boy, not the mothers husband child, he refused and went nuts. Last Xmas I gave the mother extra cash for gifts boy did that cause problems. It's crazy and I will tell all in looking for advice. How to deal with hubby?

From what I know he made many mistakes in their 13.5 years married and she contributed to those mistakes also, she came clean and told me she had budgeting problem. You know, She controls him thats why she married him and not me. I'm glad but sad because how the kids are turning out. I just found that oldest son left home to stay with the moms brother because he couldn't take it no more. He not a control freak out front I should say maybe behind close doors.

My baby girl is looking toward friends for identity, She doesn't call me dad or by my first name, It's wierd she doesn't address me at all she just begin talking. I wan't her to call me daddy so badly I can't tell you how many times I teared when she doesn't.

I going to start a blog about this because it's real and she gave me hope at life!

Wow, when there is a man in the house it's hard to have any say in what goes on. All you can do is keep yourself in your daughters life. Let her know you think about her and want to be there for her when she needs you, even if only via phone. I don't think I'd push the money down the man's throat, it would just make the situation worse at home for your daughter. I still think you should set her up for her future needs, this won't hurt the household and Mom shouldn't need to worry about your daughters future if your contributing in this way.

Sounds like your x is too afraid to speak up and stand on solid ground. He is a man who maintains control. Her husband is being quite controling. A man who controls the way he does, is a danger to himself and his wife. Apparently he is a man of low self esteem otherwise he would welcome your financial input. You appear to be a threat to him in some manner. Men are jealous of their spouces's x and there is nothing to stop it, I assure you.
I can only suggest you buying your kids clothes and
whatever for Christmas and deliver them to the door personally, wrapped etc. He wants things this way he thinks, then give it to him this way. She married a stubborn guy, who is self centered, jealous and the nicer you are....the more he is not going to understand you.
So hang in there and do your best to get along. Remember you are not the problem, he is.
