I seriously know that yahoo answers has to be at least 80% christian- because whenever I ask a question about christianity I get bombarded by scripture. Ok, tell me is this doesnt make sense first, in a debate, until we bot agree that the Bible is fact, it cannot be used in an arguement. With that said- and I am not being confrontational, I want serious logical answers, there has to be one that doesnt involve a scripture quote. Why does the Bible leave out Jesus's life from birth to age twelve and from age twelve to about 33. If jesus was the son of God wouldn't t have been, i dunno a little relevant. Why is it a secret???

I don't believe it was a secret.

It was, most probably, a matter of that Jesus didn't consider annecdotes of His life before His ministry to be important.

His ministry, God's message, God's plan for the salvation of the world; that was what was important.

You may hear a story or two about a preachers past but their congregation usually don't know all of the details about their private life.

Our foibles are far less important than God is.

I even have been wrestling with this myself. i'm a church-going Christian, and an officer in my congregation, yet these days I even have been interpreting Hinduism. This began as a in uncomplicated terms psychological pursuit, yet i grew to become into at present quite taken with the help of Krishna - perchance mystically - in the previous i grew to become into conscious of the numerous similarities between Krishna and Christ. If I have been unchurched, i might heavily evaluate transforming into a Krishna devotee. My undertaking being what it quite is, i'm uncertain what i will do (yet i'm specific that it will paintings out ok). i'm reluctant to brush aside the two custom as fake. i'm commencing to think of that there are various incarnations of one absolute God, and that each physique the large religions honor God, in spite of the incarnation(s) they carry maximum expensive. This sounds very Hindu, however the Hindu faiths are suited, nicely-theory, and historical, and that i think of that they have got very much of benefit. of direction, that's obtainable that Krishna grew to become into actual borrowed from yet another, even older faith. infinite actual and stimulated scriptures have easily been misplaced (or intentionally disregarded) from each faith custom. perchance all non violent faiths, and all committed followers are stable, and gets exhilaration from a place in God's eternal kingdom. in uncomplicated terms easily the God knows of for specific.

In Judaism, age 12 is the age of accountability to God-that could possibly explain that period.

as for the other missing period--His mission for mankind began and was accomplished in his 30's. "
It is".. the period that was and is relevant for man to record.

we were given what we needed.
