Okay, first of all, it was a miracle. There's no way that a person could understand the physiology of a miracle. It defies the laws of nature.
That said, I believe that Jesus was created through one of Mary's eggs. The Bible says that the Holy Spirit "overpowered" Mary, and she probably didn't know what was happening, like she was in a trance (kind of like Abraham in Genesis).
Jesus was created using only one person's body. Whether or not he had Mary's dna is really not important, she was just the facilitator. She is his mother, of course, she bore him and was chosen to raise him, but the same could be said that Joseph is Jesus's father, even though he had no physical part in the creation of Jesus. But then again, Mary didn't either. It's a mystery, and one that should remain a mystery until the end of time.
Besides this, the laws and customs of Jewish society in 4 bc were a lot less forgiving of premarital sex and baby-making than they are today, and technically, if Mary had not been found a virgin, she could have been stoned to death.

Both the Bible and the Quran say that the Holy Spirit, Ruhullah, was the one who entered her womb and with His creative power, the same that happened when Adam was created by the power of the Holy Spirit making a piece of earth came to life in the form of Adam. That's why the Bible called Jesus, the Second Adam.
Luke 1:35 The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called[c] the Son of God.
Surat-al Nissah 4:171 O people of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: nor say Allah ought but truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was an apostle of Allah and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary and a Spirit proclaiming from Him (alimantan Minhu).

God took the life of his firstborn Son in heaven and through his Holy spirit or power transferred the life of his Son into the womb of Mary to be born as a perfect human since he was his Father and no human father. Obviously if God can transform energy into matter and visa versa and he can transform instantly in the twinkling of an eye a human to spirit form, those of the 144,000 with the heavenly hope, then transferring the life of his, firstborn of creation, Son to the womb of Mary is obviously no problem.

I'll try to answer you how God made Mary pregnant if you answered me how God prepared the meeting of your dad's sperm with your mom's ovum fusing them together into one cell giving an order for that zygote to divide into many cells that then differentiate into systems and organs ending in a perfect body in 40 weeks. God can do everything we don't understand how do He make all that but all we can do is to look around you and realize that He can do many many things that we can't...it's one of the miracles...

Mary conceived through the power of the holy spirit. There is no way we can understand this by reason alone but with faith we can understand it. With God all things are possible.

God the Holy Spirit, after she said yes, caused one of Mary's eggs to grow all by itself into a human baby with her genetics alone. He is God and nothing is impossible for him. He made us out of dirt to start with so basically he utilized some of the clay that was already animated.

He didn't. More than likely Mary was raped-possibly by a Roman soldier. This was a common practice then-to rape young Jewish women upon their betrothal. This happened thruout centuries to Jewish women-the aristocracy used this as a game. Years later, the betrothal ceremony and the wedding ceremony were combined to the same time, to eliminate that year's time between, that left the girl up to the mercy of those who would use her.

Well,Let's think for a moment alright? Okay now if you were a spirit being with unlimited supernatural powers and detested mans way of doing things do you suppose you could maybe have it happen without the grotesque physical procedure that we enjoy so much? Well, that would be my guess HE did the conception supernaturally.

He didn't "get her pregnant" in the typical sense of the word. There most likely wasn't a usual meeting of sperm and egg, but rather, Jesus was just sort of created. The Bible isn't specific on the biological aspect of the conception, but all we know is it wasn't sexual. I suppose one could infer pretty much anything.
