How do I make flat silk flowers look 3d again?

I recieved silk flowers via mail and they are flat from packaging.

Run a bowl of warm sudsy water, swish them around and rinse. Lay them on towel, let them dry and they will look like new.

When I do wreaths for the cemetery or the door and they get dirty, I actually put bleach in the same water and they come out beautifully clean and remake them into something totally new.

Silk flowers look great! My wedding was outside and my bouquet was silk and it looked like the real thing! I made mine because I'm a detail person, but I did order a few bouquets online and tore them apart-they looked really good though.
