Maybe you're just having an off couple-of-days. It happens to us all. What's important is that you make sure it doesn't last because you can end up on a helter-skelter of cause and effect which can end up in depression.
It's good that you have enough self-awareness and intuition to be able to spot it at this early stage, (indicating in all probability that it isn't depression yet).
Make an effort to try to keep things as normal as possible. Seek sympathy and comfort from friends and family. You'll make it through.
Good luck.

If you have only been feeling like this today, then it is not depression and is no indication of how you will feel tomorrow. Don't worry, I'm sure everyone feels like that once in a while, I know I do, and since I have had serious depression I can tell the difference. I also know about the worst thing anyone can say to you when you feel like that is 'Cheer up!', it is so infuriating.

the things in life that would give you pleasure, not longer make you happy!
You wake up in the morning with no hope for the future. There seems to be no reason for living. If you feel this way, that is chronic depression.
Acute of course is over your boyfriend, etc.

You're not depressed, just emotional.
But a womans intuition is ( unfortunately) never wrong and maybe there IS something bothering you. Maybe you're missing someone who won't be there this year?
Many many people find Christmas depressing so you sound fairly normal to me.
