It's called liquid soap. It's better than bar soap in that you don't have to use the same soap somebody else rubbed on his body, but foam soap is better than liquid soap because you can use it to give yourself a temporary moustache or to pretend that you have rabies. Don't feel bad. Personally, I don't understand liquid soap either.
