I don't want to give you bad news, BUT 11 x 11 isn't very big. What size bed do you have?
Twin I hope. With that much furniture there will not be LOTS pf room, it is just not possible.

You could get rid of the bed and sleep on the futon. or if it is a twin bed put it against the wall the long way and put big firm cushions on the back against the wall.

You could put the futon and the bed (with the side against the wall) opposite each other. Then the coffee table could go between or at the end of the futon. The desk and bookcase on another wall.

Use bright splashy colors for throws and pillows. Maybe a 5 x 7 rug between the bed and the futon.

I wish it were better, but this is the best I've got.

Good luck and Happy holidays.

the best use of a space this small is to use corner-fitted pieces. the desk you have should be triangular cut so it fits flush into the corner. a corner armoire would also work for stereo, tv, computer. instead of a coffee table, you should use a big ottoman with a lid for storage. this can act as coffee table storage chest and extra seating all in one. im afraid you'll have to lose either the bed or the futon, cuz i just cant see how this is gonna work in an 11' x 11' space. the book shelf could double as extra clothing storage by putting rectangular wicker baskets on the shelves to serve as drawers. if you have a chair at the desk, make sure it is the kind that can be pushed right under the desk when not in use. using every square foot of space possible is very important thing in a space this small thats meant to be multi-functional.

futon could double as bed, loose the dresser and store under futon, loose desk and put in another room., you're dealing with a small area here. use wall shelves wherever possible to leave as much floor space open as possible

do you have a day bed? put pillows on it and get rid of the futon, this will give you extra room. and make it look more like a couch.
