The Bible is wrong about many things. After all, it could be defined not as an authoritative text, but more of a journal of experiences with God (which, as we all know, can vary). That is not to say that God lies - I don't believe (s)he does. However, since we are flawed, don't we have the ability to create a flawed text?

And one has to wonder what the writer meant when he wrote "God's image." There is a lot of debate over this issue - is the writer referring to a physical likeness or a physiological similarity? Furthermore, what proof is there that we are, indeed, made in God's image?

Only one thing ever

Paul's letters to the Corinthians Verses 12, " there shall be a battle that shall determine the future of mankind. On each side the force of will shall be great, the world will divide into two great camps, those who support Beta max and the who support VHS, but on the finial days Beta Max will be holy and will prevail"

Of course Christan's state that this means that beta max will make a come back and win so the bible was never wrong, but you judge for yourself

The Bible was written by God's inspired people, so as God is never wrong, the bible will never at any chance be wrong

I did not read that in my Bible! I read that "..God made man in his image.." If the reproduction of man through natural means left you less than "in God's image" it was not Gods fault. Let us not try to blame the Bible nor God for our in-adequateness. God also made a perfect place for man to live but look at what men did with the earth God gave us. WE have wrecked it - NOT God! ! !

Well let's see here?

YES!

If Romans 7:7 is correct then the only way to know sin is by the law. However people in the Flood, Sodom & Gomorrah & Egypt were called sinful. They were called sinful even though there was no law by which they could know what sin was.

This is a paradox!
