Yes it will. I have traveled all over the world (dad retired military) and McDonalds taste the same pretty much anywhere. The ketchup however is very different in Europe and some McDonalds in some countries have diff menu items and have beer as a refreshment beverage!!

I don't think I've actually had McDonald's in London, but I've had it in France and in Italy and it doesn't quite taste the same. I have had Burger King in London and it was pretty gross. (I know some people think it's really gross in the U.S. too, but it was worse there.) And I had a chocolate milkshake in Switzerland once (where chocolate should be extra good, right?) and it tasted like dry erase markers. I'm not kidding. I had all six people I was with taste it and they all agreed. Another thing about European McDonald's is that you have to pay for ketchup. The trick is to not ask for any until after you've paid and the server is starting to help the person behind you, and then go, oh, can I have some ketchup, and they'll give it to you for free because they don't want to have to ring you up again.
Eating in London is going to be expensive, that's just how it is, but I managed to eat at some good places that weren't too overpriced. If you want American food, the Texas Embassy is really good. It's basically like Chili's and it's right by the London National Gallery. Another good place is Wagamama, which serves Japanese noodles. I think they have them throughout London but I know for sure that there's one right by the Tower of London. Try the local food, too though. Eating real chips and fish in a London pub is a really fun experience!

Yes. My dad is part of the Air Force and he was stationed in England and I would go visit him and we went to McDonald's a few times. Everything tastes the same, but I think the the McDonald's in England are a lot cleaner than the once in the US. They have different menu options, like this chicken sandwich (which maybe here now, but I haven't been to MD's in forever) that was really good. But for the most part it's all the same.

McDonalds is the same in any country your in. I used to live in Germany and it was exactly the same. Cool thing in Germany is they eat their fries with forks and you can buy a beer there.

I incredibly have eaten McDonald's foreign places (England and Thailand) and that they tremendously plenty flavor the comparable to me. that is in simple terms that a number of their condiments might flavor slightly diverse, like their ketchup. i did not look after the ketchup in England.
