i am 5'1 and weigh 128. apparently im really fat. but, i dont look fat, i dont feel fat and nooone htinks im fat. but according to these charts im liek obese. but im a size 2 and i dont know wat to do. if i lose more weight im not gonan liek the weigh i look ill look bony but then wats with all this chart stuff? bc according to that im rly fat

If you feel good about yourself and you FEEL healthy - throw out the charts. One thing the "charts" can't calculate is the difference of weight between muscle mass and fat tissue. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if you have as much muscle as I have fat, the scale would say that you weigh more -even though you would be much healthier and leaner than someone with less weight made up of fat rather than muscle! Bottom line: If you are happy with yourself don't change for anyone else's opinion of what "you should weigh".

I'm not really sure if you're fat or not, but it could help to double check to make sure your results are right. You could also try using another method of seeing if you are fat. And even if you find that the chart is wrong, it never hurts to have a balanced diet and to exercise.

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal

what chart? and can you say fat anymore times? jeeze we get your point no your not fat and why would your complete desicion be based on charts and not your common sense?
