The Quran. Once you think about it, God sent Jesus to guide the Jews after they strayed from what Moses told them the religion was to be like. That was when people got the Bible. However, when individuals strayed again and changed the Bible, God sent the Prophet Mohammad with the Holy Quran. Also after the Quran was established, it was made sure that no one would be able to change it and that every copy made thereafter was written exactly as the previous copy. The Quran remains the same today as it was when the Muslim religion was first established.

Islam teaches that the Bible has been corrupted. The New Testament does not contain the actual words of Jesus, but rather other people's words about Jesus Jesus' original words were thus corrupted ( Surah 2:75, 2:78-79 ).
The Bible teaches that the Bible is inspired by God ( 2 Tim 3:16-17 ); 2 Peter 1:21 ) and has been accurately transmitted to present day by thousands of manuscript copies. It is the single final authority for faith and practice that contains God's final revelation to man.
The New Testament rests on a multitude of manuscript evidence, counting Greek copies alone, The New Testament is preserved in some 5, 656 partial and complete manuscripts portions that were copied by hand from the second through the 15th century. There are now more than 5, 656 known Greek manuscripts of the New Testament. Add over 10 000 Latin Vulgate and at least 9 300 other early versions.
I think that is a lot compared to Homer's Iliad which is second, with only 643 manuscripts that still survive. Do you doubt Homer's credibility?

There are many versions of the Bible- King James, NIV, New World etc... They all tell basically the same story, but from different points of view, so they can be interpreted many different ways. The Bible has changed many times throughout history and books have been removed.
The Qur'an has ONE version, and the only thing different from Qur'an to Qur'an is the language it has been interpreted to.
Therefore, the Qur'an (in my opinion) is the most credible.

As a student of textual criticism myself, I would like to look into this field of study with Al-Qur-an. (Textual criticism being the study of ancient papyri, documents, vellum, etc, in an understanding to see what the archtype, or original document first stated.
I have mainly limited my textual studies to the Bible. As secular scholars note (See unbiased textual criticism source below) the Bible is probably the most widely recognized document, where it is pretty well understood that know exactly the originals said, since we have so many *thousands* of copies of the originals, and there is so little change (sometimes only one word in an entire book of the Bible) even when the manuscripts are seperated by thousands of years. (See Manuscript M, and 1QIsaa) And even those few words, it is easy to tell what the original stated, because due to textual criticism, one can use various techniques. Some of the copies are thought by some to date to a mere 25 years after the originals were written.
I would like to study textual criticism in of the Qur'an, just to see how it works. I wouldn't be starting off trying to 'disprove' the Qur'an, as this isn't the aim of textual criticism. But I would be better informed so I would be knowing of what I speak, when the subject comes up as to understanding any critical comments; to knowing whether they are true or false. (Even though I am a dedicated Christian. It's always good to know anothers beliefs, and their origins)

I can ignore the RSV 1971 scholar because that's an opinion of a single person coming long after either holy book was made.
Otherwise, it's a tie. Both rely on circular logic, saying: The Bible is true because the Bible says that it's true, which must be accurate, since, as I stated earlier in this sentence, the Bible is true. (Repeat this sentence with Qu'ran replacing Bible.)
A good debate on this was on a segment of "The Daily Show" in a segment called "Even Stephens." Search on youtube.com under "Even Stephens" and you'll find a great (humorous) analysis of your exact question.

You are believing a lie about the Holy Bible. The Bible Books have been tried, tested & found true. The Holy Bible is the Word of God.
The dead sea scrolls have uncovered some of the Old Testament books and they are accurate to the ones available today in the market. Almost the whole book of Isaiah is found and it is the same today as it was back then. And Isaiah prophecied of the cross and much more about the promised Messiah.
So, whatever someone has told you or lied to you about the bible, the truth is that the Word of God is everlasting and no one will add to or take away from it. They will be found out a liar. And if one adds to or takes away from the book of Revelation, one is in more trouble. Read the first of Revelation where is writes all are blessed who read this book... and the end to what happens when someone tries to change the writings of Revelation.
Also, I checked out the web site. I have been filled with the seal of God, the Holy Spirit. It is the anointing I have received and leads me into all truth... So the Holy Spirit shows me the Truth in the Holy Bible and confirms in my spirit Gods Truth. God writes His Love, Promises & Laws in my heart. It is the New Covenant.
The Holy Spirit of Truth also gives discernment of false doctrines. So, I trust God before I trust man and their crafty deceptions.

Anything written by mankind is not credible in the scope of things. I've never read the Quran but I'm wary of any religious text as they were, of course written by people with human flaws and motivations and motives and therefore cannot be trusted.
