Turthfully im no sushi expert, but the only advise i can give to u is keep it basic, sushi with too mush spices and stuff is Nastyyy

the best one my ex makes is a spicy tuna roll. you make your sushi rice by cooking it in a rice maker, follow the directions on pkg, and make sure it's sushi rice or short grain rice. spread the rice on nori (or seaweed), and leave about 1/2 strip without rice. place tuna strips and avocado slice and a Little wasabi on it and roll. mix half mayo and half Japanese pepper sauce together and set aside. use a very sharp knife and cut into 6 or 8 pieces set on plate and put a small amount of the sauce you made on it and dig in

the terrific rice to apply is the fast grained eastern rice that's often labelled as sushi rice. prevalent short grained rice isn't a very good substitue and long grain rice wont artwork in any respect.
