Well here in the States - biscuits are bread. My grandmother made the best biscuits in the world. She never measured a thing - just took a hand full of this, a hand full of that, a pinch of this method - and they were always perfect!!!! I miss my grandmother - she was a wonderful cook.

Cookies - (what you may call a biscuit) - the best boxed brand you can buy around here is Mrs. Fields - they are absolutely wonderful!!!!!!

I love everything!
Custard creams, jaffa cakes (okay, not a biscuit, whatever) Fox's creams, hobnobs, choc digestives, pink wafers, Cadbury fingers, nice biscuits, those cow biscuits, caramel shortcake (probably not a biscuit either)...
And chocolate! don't even start me on that!

Arnott's Cherry Crowns. A childhood delight.
Followed by Jacob's Orange Thins. Both sadly no longer available anywhere. Boo Hoo!

Barmouth Biscuits- gorgeous to look at,too.
Sadly, like all great legends, they're no longer made.
If you know someone with the recipe, there are people out there who would kill for it.
Well,me,anyway.
Well, not necessarily kill, just look menacing for a bit.
Great biscuit.

would have to be malted milk, they are not too sickly and not too plain. I could eat a heap of them. Jammy dodgers are nice but you can't eat too many and they are more expensive lol. Jaffa cakes are cool. But I hate fig rolls, they are the worst biscuits ever!

Chequers, a seafood restaraunt in Atlanta. Their cheddar biscuits are so popular, that you can buy the mix during your visit there now.
