It's been a long time since I've used German and I never heard anyone demand another person to quit smoking. But a polite way to say this would be, "Bitte, rauchen sie nicht."

Best I can offer is "Rauch nie mehr!" but that's "smoke never again". If you're talking to someone you don't know, you'd say "Rauchen Sie nie mehr!"
