thick is having a little extra in the rite place and some men find it very sexy. fat is having to much stuff in all the wrong places.

Thick is considered muscle in my interpretation if you are referring to the shape of a body.
If not, then thick-headed and fat-headed could be the same thing.

Thick is when a girl has a nice round behind, nicely shaped thighs, wide hips, nice breasts and a small waist (Beyonce' and not Paris Hilton). Fat is when the body is not proportioned (Rosie O'Donnell, Roseanne Barr).

This might be one of those things that depends on where you live....but around here being 'thick' has means that even though you are overweight...it's all in the right spots. Luckily...some find it attractive.
