Well, generally speaking, yes it is too small. I'm at an ideal height/weight proportion according to my doctor, and I'm 5'4" and 120. So that is three inches shorter than you and ten pounds heavier.
According to this chart, you are underweight, even for a small body frame:
5'7": small: 123-136 medium: 133-147 large: 143-163

110 at 5'7" is on the skinny side.
If you are trying to lose weight you can stop now. The anorexic looks should be saved for methamphetamine and crack addicts.
If you are exercising on a regular basis and are eating a healthy diet and not restricing calories at your age, then you probably look great; skinny, but great. A few extra pounds, well distributed, won't hurt you.

If you are a teen this is perfectly normal. You aren't done growing yet. If you are an adult (21 or older), then yes...you are underweight. I'd suggest adding a bit of protein and strength training to your schedule (muscle is heavier than fat, and it looks better too!). Don't worry about it too much though....it'll all even out. Some women are just naturally thin (like me). Unfortunately, the majority of Americans are overweight and have no intention of doing anything about it...so women like us stick out like a sore thumb. There's nothing wrong with you...just tell them to leave you alone about it.

Yes your body mass index is 17.2. Underweight is considered to be anything less than 18.5. To get to a BMI of 18.5 you should weigh atleast 118 pounds. Just eat more and that doesn't mean eat garbage. Eat good foods like protein from chicken or other meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, etc.

At that weight you do not have enough muscle to provide the stability you need to prevent injury, nor do you have the base you'll need to prevent osteoporosis later in life. Add weight training to your life.
