Çekoslovakyalılaştıramadıklarımızdan mısınız? (mısınız is written apart as a writing rule, but it's part of the word.)
It means; are you one of those whom we couldn't czechslovakianize?

Spanish
two 23-letter beauties: anticonstitucionalmente ("unconstitutionally") and electroencefalografista ("electroencephalograph technician"). Since the latter is a noun, it can be made a 24-letter plural, electroencefalografistas, my designation as the longest legitimate Spanish word.

in polish it's "konstantynopolitaÅczykowianec zka" i guess:) but it's not used really; only as an example of "the longest word". it means a young female inhabitant of the city Constantinople lol
i had to put a space between c and z because otherwise, i don't know why, it would just show up as dots

In Italian the longest word is
PRECIPITEVOLISSIMEVOLMENTE (26 letters)
and it means "in an extremely quick way" , but it's out of common use.
I read in a previous answer "Contemporaneamente" but i'ts only 18 letters
