Water works in two ways:
It makes you feel fuller so you eat and drink less of other potentially caloric things
It hydrates you, keeps you moving and is completely healthy to drink.

Go fo it!!

If you cut out your other drinks and eat less, you will get slimmer and lose weight. The fat should also dissipate over time but fat takes a long time to deposit and a long time to lose!

Definitely exercise, your body and mind will thank you!

It will help by keeping you feeling full and not hungry. It will also allow your body to metabolise fat easier. But you will also have to watch what you eat, cut back some on fats and carbs and watch the sweets. Most people are advised to drink between 8 to 10 - 8 ounce glasses of water a day.

If you only drink water you will begin to lose weight yes, but you still have to work out. If you just drink water and no pop or anything with sugars you will start to see a difference.
