she really liked me and had conciderd me before but it was a bad time for some reason and that she will tell me when she is ready.
What does this mean is it good or bad???

It can be as simple as she's not ready to date someone at this time.

I think she was meaning "no" but didn't want to hurt your feelings. If she HAD said "no" you might have asked her why, and then it would have gotten very awkward, so she just took the delicate way out, got out of a tight spot, and saved you from the" sock in the face" of coming right out and saying "because you don't interest me" Let it go and wait till a gal comes along who does find you interesting.

i think its good, because shes being honest with you. Maybe there are some personal problems going on in her life right now, and shes just not ready to be in a relationship, becuase she needs to work things out. try to stick with her, wait a month, if shes still not ready, than try moving on because lifes to short to be sitting waiting for something taht you dont know will happen for sure. A good way to be closer with her, and try being a realyl good friend, ask her whats wrong, and see if she'll open up to you

It's good, because she wants to date you. However, she may have had some strains in her life, like a recent break up or something. Give her time, you will for sure have a date.

it means that she is ready for a relationship but just not with you...sorry to be the bringer of bad news but it just happend to me too and it will hurt way less now than in the futur...sorry good luck

umm... similar porblem here... its not a bad thing though. Give her some time cuz she probly just went through a break up or somethiin and just wait fo her answer. dun pressure her too much hha

It is good but you just have to wait.... Just be careful not to wait too long since it could also mean that she is trying to line someone else up as her boyfriend.... (Or keeping her options open...)
I would not hold your breath for too long...

it is good... i dont no the whole situation but most likely she does like you she just is @ a point in her life when she doesnt want a steady boyfriend. most likely she will look you up when she is ready i have seen that happen many times...GOOD LUCK!!!
