First, I think that's an oxymoron. Delicious brussel sprouts? Yeech!

Seriously, rub in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, mix with other veggies and roast at 350 for 30-45 minutes until soft. You should stir once or twice to spread the carmalization aroung the edges.

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

1 1-pound bag small, frozen Brussels sprouts (2 1/2 cups) (fresh is better - rinse well & drain)
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 3-inch sprigs rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss with the Brussels sprouts and stir to coat with the mixture. Place in a baking dish in a single layer. Top with rosemary and roast 20 minutes or until tender.

Wow. You just used delicious and brussel sprouts in the same sentence. Far out.

roast them in a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar at 350 for about 30 min, check for doneness (they'll be soft to a fork)
