He is always always talking to me, and trying to make me laugh(it always works). Yet when someone asks him if he does like me he says i dont know. But i have known him for just a few months now and i feel like i have known him forever. Do you think he could truly like me ,and is just to "shy" to admit it, or should i move on?

I think there is a good chance he likes you. Maybe he doesn't say he does because he doesn't want to ruin the relationship between you two if you don't like him back. Tell him what you think about him and then ask him what he thinks about you. It sounds like he might be a little worried about what you will think of him if he confesses.

For guys, there is one almost-for-sure way to tell if he likes you. If he turns into a different person around you. It is a well known fact that people (but very especially men) are willing to change for the people they love. If he is usually very shy but is unusually comfortable around you, then he probably likes you. If he is always the way he is around you, then you should think twice. He probably thinks you only like him as a friend, and doesnt want to drive you away. If YOU like HIM then you should try to send him some signals--like flirting.
See how he is around his friends compared to around you. If there is a big difference, he might be trying to change to be more like the way he thinks you want him to be.

I say... dont wait for him to ask you out, why dont you try it. Why dont you go up to him and say, i like you I was wondering if maybe you and i could start something. It never hurts to ask, instead of coming in here wondering, find out for yourself, and pursue what you want. If he says no, than you will no longer be thinking "what if" you will know the outcome and be better able to move on from it.

He could possibly like you and is doing the flirty things to get to know you and to see if you like him. He says he don't know if he likes you or not because he is still trying to figure it out so give him time and things could go for the best.

I would go for it...my bf now, was the same exact way your crush is. He was shy..and after enough prodding asked me out. Don't give up on him. hang out, keep talking, show him that you like him...maybe you should consider aksing him out.

guys are weird especially teenage guys, they often wont admit they like a girl to friends becauise they dont want to be teased, but he seems like he acts like he likes you. Just ask him, I think you have a good chance.
