hi all,i am just about to write a letter to the man of my dreams and i'm meeting him thursday to give it to him.i am quite shy but want to make my feelings known so a letter i thought would be the easiest option.but where do i start? we are great mates,i want that to continue...maybe more.but he's the man i want to be with,he's stood by me through EVERYTHING.

hey hun just be honest,tell him how much you care about him and everything it is that he has helped you through.Tell him you think he's a great person,don't go too deep though just be honest,carefree and fun.Make it sound like YOU.But if you can overcome your shyness i think it may be nice if say on thursday you could flirt with him a bit.Just give him a hug,touch his arm,give out these signals then maybe you can go from there.

All letters need a fantastic start, something captivating and romantic (since he is the man of your dreams)... Start with My Dearest (Name goes here). Leave a line and start with something breathtakingly beautiful to tell him that he is who you desire... For example:
My Dearest John,
I have written you this letter because I have exceptional feelings for you, and lately my lusting has become unbearable. I realised that life is about risks, so I knew it was best to come straight out and tell you, a risk I had to take... unfortunately, courage fails me, therefore I had to tell you via this letter. I do realise and accept the fact you may not feel for me as I do for you, but you mean far too much to me for this to just slip by...
Go in to details, explaining the wonderful friendship you share and how close you feel to him. Tell him that no matter the outcome, he is still the only person who has been there for you and it wouldn't hurt if friends was all he wanted, but you would be delighted if your relationship were to progress. Hi Jessica,
My advice would be to sit down tonight and write your heartfelt letter.
Then,tomorrow night,read it again- I can guarantee you will want to change something.
Do the same the day after.
And the day after that.
Because,the problem with handing over letters is,that when they're read,you're not there to respond to any questions or reactions,so they're left to fester until it's too late.
I suggest a quiet,intimate chat would be better- nobody can misinterpret your heart on your sleeve.

I find it much easier to express myself in written word than face to face when you know you may get tongue-tied or lose your bottle face to face! I suggest you think through what you want to say, and if possible use a computer to type it out first as it's so easy to tweak your words until you are completely happy with them. Good luck.

JUST BE HONEST AND OPEN WITH HIM, YOU CAN START BY SAYING HI YOUR PROBABLY WONDERING WHY IM WRITING AND NOT TELLING YOU IN PERSON.. BUT IF HE WAS YOUR GREAT MATE, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TALK TO HIM AND TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL IN PERSON, TO ME IT SEEMS YOUR HIDING IT IN A LETTER. AND HE RATHER HEAR IT IN PERSON AND OUT LOUD THEN IN AN LETTER. GOOD LUCK.

u r smart a letter is truly an amazin way to xpress ur feelings. u can start by greetin him tell him about the person u r of course the person that the eyes cant see. tell him wat u like n tell him xactly how u feel bout him and u can state wat u r lookin for if u want a relationship ask him if he is interested in the letter ask him wat kind of woman he lookin for n wat he wants in future n so on let her heart guide u sweety all the best

this is YOUR letter, its about how much he means to you, you really should write what you genuinely feel, even if you dont think its "perfect" it will be natural and true. how can stranger's words compare to that?
