It's good that the guy you like is your friend. I always say friends first is the best way to achieve a good romance. Just continue to be friends with him. Give him hints that you like him. Like create little cards, or gifts that indicate you like him. You could just tell him. If he isn't interested, don't give up hope. Just use the same techniques on other guys. Make sure to remain being yourself.

Ease off a little at a time, give him time to know for sure that you're not mad at him anymore, and then flatter him, be nice, generous, and considerate of him and his feelings, because guys are starting to become more sensitive toward girls. When you look at him, if he looks back, smile at him. Try not to act 'slouchy' because that's a huge turn-OFF. Don't look/act eager to be next to him, make him chase after you. Then right him a note (or something like that) saying simply, "Hey! What's up?" Then [depending on his attitude and personality], he [might] say, "I thought you were mad at me..." , then say, "I forgive you" or "I'm not anymore", then play along with it, see how it goes, eventually, he [might] ask you out, say something like, "Sure" or "Okay", but don't say you don't like him if you don't mean it, because that's a CRUSHER! Yeh, you can't just get him as a boyfriend if he only wants you as a friend. If he knows you like him and hes still not doing anything then he doesn't like you and I'd say move on.
However, just be yourself.
