Revelation 1:1

"A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent forth his angel and presented it in signs through him to his slave John,"

God gave Jesus a revelation? But Jesus is supposed to be God right? So how did God give himself a revelation to himself to give to John?
Did God personality No.1 give a revelation to God personality No.2 who would of not known as it was a revelation so that God personality No.2 could give it to the apostle John through an angel. And what was God personality No.3 the holy ghost doing all this time?

It was revealed by jesus to john. This passage is made to show to christians and gentiles that god/jesus revealed it to john. At the time that this was written was a time when people were trying to convert others to christianity so they put this kinda stuff in there to make it clear to all who read that it was both Jesus and God that did this and enforce the idea that they are one.

To elaborate on the part about the holy spirit and the trinity it is the catholic perspective that there is one person God but that the knolage of god is jesus ( The word will be made flesh and live among us aka jesus ) and the love that springs from the two persons is the holy spirit. They are all one just like an apple is despite having skin fruit and seeds.

You sound confused. Are you having trouble understanding the ways of God. It's like this haven't you ever gave yourself a treat. Haven't you ever wanted to share it with someone else. Well then let me put it another way Lets assume the holy spirit is the treat which is also God now the son of God Jesus which is also God gives himself the holy spirit then passes it along to John while keeping it for himself which he is part of. Ah yes that should clear it up for you very nicely I think. If you have any father questions please feel free to contact me. xx

God is one being in three "persons" - and even the term person is not entirely correct because it implies a distinction. God's full name is the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. It's probably most clear to say that we are communion with God through three persons. God the Father is the Creator and we witness Him in all Creation. God the Son is the Savior and we witness Him as Jesus, in our worship and in our personal relationship with Him. God the Holy Spirit is our Paraclete, our Advocate, our guide, the one who is with us always in our conscience. Note that when one is in communion with God, one is always in the presence of all three persons in the Lord. It is impossible to separate them. But the three commune with each other.

"Mysterious ways" is not a sufficient answer for you, so I feel that much in Scripture would be insufficient for you. This why it takes faith to accept that which defies everyday experience. Christ is a man who walked on water, healed the sick, revived the dead, was crucified, died, buried and rose again, ascended into Heaven, etc. But if you insist that this is not possible, or if you cannot reconcile the idea of three persons being one, you won't understand the answers given to you. Again, these take faith.
